Our Founder, Joe Jacelone, was a long time volunteer for a local not-for-profit organization. In 2019, he began a passion project to help resolve the technological struggles this organization was experiencing. He quickly identified the need for a local vendor who could provide support ‘round-the-clock, at a reasonable cost. After several attempts and mounting frustrations, he could not find what they were looking for.
A decision had to be made. He could stay the course, knowing that the current provider met the budget constraints the organization had (despite the persistent issues), or step up to the plate and deliver what no one else could. A new company was formed… J Marshall Solutions.
The first experience helped set the stage and propel us into the entrepreneurial world. We began to inquire with other small to medium sized businesses and consumers within the community. What we discovered was a paramount solution that could provide a resolution and advancement in technologies for many within the community.
